The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
skillz takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
randyrh skillz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Werdum shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says skillz as he avoids it easily.
skillz shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Werdum's guard.
skillz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Werdum swivels though and keeps the full guard.
skillz wants to stand but Werdum has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Werdum looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Werdum is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and skillz defends well.

skillz got a little sloppy there for a moment and Werdum has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, skillz has managed to get both his arms back between Werdum's legs - danger averted.
