Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Max Schneider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torres is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by It's My Time-Fabulous. Felipe Torres will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schneider tries to close the distance and clinch but Torres swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Torres pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nice straight punches there by Torres. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Torres.
Schneider dodges the punch combination from Torres.
Torres looks to land a combination but Schneider avoids it well.
Torres ducks under a wild hook from Schneider.
Torres throws a body punch but Schneider moves out of range.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Schneider. Torres shrugs it off though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Schneider tries to score a power double leg takedown but Torres sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Schneider somewhat.

Schneider is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Torres wants to lay and pray for a moment but Schneider keeps working.

Felipe Torres seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Torres lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Torres has had enough of the clinch but Schneider keeps him there for the moment.
Schneider has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Torres avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Torres is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Torres gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Schneider.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Schneider connects with a nice short shot to Torres's temple.

Torres is staying active underneath Schneider, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Schneider is taking a breather. Torres says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
