Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez shoots in looking for a takedown. Scott tries to sprawl out of it but Ramirez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Scott manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ramirez drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Scott scores with a jab.
Scott lands a left and a right that send Ramirez crashing to the mat, dazed. Scott thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Scott uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Ramirez looks gassed!
Scott digs a good body shot into Ramirez's ribs.
Scott connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Ramirez tumbling to the canvas! Scott pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Ramirez was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kent Scott!
