The judges for this bout are James Glass, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griswald scores with a one two! Ramsbottom had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Griswald swats away the attempt to clinch by Ramsbottom.
Ramsbottom shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Griswald has his takedown stuffed

and Ramsbottom counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Griswald has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ramsbottom can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Griswald is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Ramsbottom must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ramsbottom stays in close to Griswald's body and controls the position.
Ramsbottom really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Griswald. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
I looks like Ramsbottom might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Griswald is staying active underneath Ramsbottom, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Griswald is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Ramsbottom rolls with it to try and escape but Griswald cranks on the arm and Ramsbottom is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
