Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Slippery Sam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and RG Dias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). RG Dias is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Slippery Sam!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, RG Dias!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sam leaves Dias with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sam tests Dias's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Sam defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dias.
Sam misses with a wild body shot.
Sam connects with the punch.
Sam throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dias shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sam sprawls well. Sam wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dias gets slowly back to his feet.
Slippery Sam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of RG Dias.

Sam closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sam lands in his opponent's guard.

Dias is looking for a triangle but Sam pushes his legs off easily.

Sam working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Dias's head.
Sam stands and throws Dias's legs to the side, diving into side control.
You can see the frustration on Dias's face as Sam controls the position.

Sam is looking to take a break and control but Dias is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dias sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sam in particular looking to stall.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Dias has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Sam is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Dias.

That was a close second round but I would say that Slippery Sam will probably get the nod.
That's time! Sam's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Sam connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Dias some visible discomfort.
Dias tries to buck Sam off but Sam is having none of it.

Dias is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Dias is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Sam pulls his head out easily.

Sam seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dias does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Sam wants to pass the guard but Dias is keeping the position.
Sam throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Dias looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Sam is defending well. Dias quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Sam has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Dias celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
