Atreides's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, HERE WE GOOOOO!. Williams has chosen Alice In Chains - Rooster as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Atreides!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Randy Williams!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atreides closes this distance looking for a takedown but Williams circles away.

Atreides tries to advance to mount but can't.
Williams gets back to half guard.
Atreides looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Atreides seems to be looking for submissions.

Williams is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Williams shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Atreides manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Williams in particular looking to stall.

Atreides lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Williams!

Williams is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
BOOM! Atreides connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Williams tries to reverse the position but Atreides maintains control.
Williams is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Atreides swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Williams is now in Atreides's guard. A big mistake from Atreides there, giving up the dominant position!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Williams slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Atreides can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Williams controls the pace.
Atreides looking to hit a scissor sweep but Williams is one step ahead there.

Williams got a little sloppy there for a moment and Atreides has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Williams has managed to get both his arms back between Atreides's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Williams decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Atreides, up you get!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Williams slips a nice elbow through Atreides's hands, connecting with Atreides's forehead.
Atreides has hold of Williams's hands but Williams slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Randy Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Atreides's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


Atreides misses with a takedown

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Williams is taking a breather. Atreides says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Let's hope that Williams has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well Williams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
