Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason The Raven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Raven has chosen Broken Dreams as his entrance music. Jason The Raven will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Raven throws a right hand that Hunt ducks under and follows up with a left that Hunt also avoids with ease.
The Raven is looking to chop away at Hunt's legs.
The Raven throws a hook but Hunt blocks it.
The Raven lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hunt circles away quickly and effectively.
No joy there for The Raven, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hunt attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Hunt shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Hunt is keen to just control but The Raven is a slippery customer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The Raven is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Hunt has just dragged him back down to the mat.

The Raven has his takedown stuffed
and Hunt counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

The Raven lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Hunt cracks The Raven with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Hunt postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. The Raven looks a forlorn figure.

The Raven is bucking up trying to escape but Hunt cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
