The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mattila is trying hard to land a takedown here. James sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

James tries to advance to mount but Mattila denies him.

James is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Mattila looks calm but he's in trouble here. James gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Mattila is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! James lets go of the hold and Mattila can pop his arm back in it's socket.
