Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matrix misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hiro.

Matrix avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Matrix lands with a straight right. Hiro didn't see that one coming.

Some bone on bone action there as Hiro checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Hiro throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The crowd cheers as Matrix lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hiro doesn't seem phased though.

Matrix throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Hiro's head.

Hiro closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Hiro looking to throw knees to the head but Matrix is blocking nicely.
Hiro throws a knee to the head but misses.
Matrix tries to work over Hiro's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Hiro throws an elbow but misses.
Matrix is looking to control Hiro's arms but Hiro gets an underhook and turns him. Now Matrix has his back to the ropes.
Matrix blocks the elbow strike.
Hiro lands a good knee to the midsection. Matrix won't want to take too many of those.

Matrix presses Hiro against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Matrix tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Hiro misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Matrix.
Matrix can't find room to land a body shot as Hiro controls the action.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Matrix breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hiro misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hiro is breathing heavily.
Matrix fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hiro.
Hiro misses with a head kick.
Matrix lands with a nice body kick.
Matrix scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
A punch combination from Matrix misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Matrix cracks Hiro with a good jab.
A slapping leg kick lands for Matrix.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hiro crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Matrix - the referee stops the clock and Hiro gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Matrix. Hiro manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like Kouta Hiro has been cut.

Matrix throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hiro on the side of the head.

and Matrix makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Matrix scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Matrix lands a big head kick that sends Hiro tumbling to the mat! Matrix takes a step backwards and waves Hiro back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Hiro is rocked!
Matrix drops Hiro with a huge uppercut! Hiro drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Matrix is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
