Quebedeaux has managed to clinch.
Quebedeaux breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Argyle gets caught flat footed, as Quebedeaux shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Argyle is trying to keep Quebedeaux in close.
Quebedeaux really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Argyle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Quebedeaux avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Quebedeaux postures up and lands a big shot to Argyle's brow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Argyle keeping moving, preventing Quebedeaux from controlling successfully.
Quebedeaux content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Argyle has locked up a guillotine! Argyle's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Quebedeaux is holding on here and Argyle must be using up a lot of energy. Quebedeaux has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Argyle gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
