The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Utevich keeps the fight on the outside.
Horrible takedown by Utevich or perhaps it was just good defense by Valnokov which made him look bad.
Utevich closes the distance and clinches up with Valnokov, looking for a takedown. Utevich pushes Valnokov against the cage but Valnokov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Valnokov tries to close the distance and clinch but Utevich swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Utevich drives through and clinches with Valnokov against the cage.
Valnokov lands an elbow inside that Utevich shrugs off.
Utevich can't get the takedown.
Boris Valnokov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorgen Utevich.
Valnokov creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Utevich's defenses.

It looks like Jorgen Utevich has been cut.
Valnokov lands a left hand that snaps the head of Utevich backwards.
Valnokov lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Utevich is rocked!
Valnokov lands a big knee to the head and Utevich goes down! Valnokov pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
