Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between killer bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and tristan duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). bob comes to the cage accompanied by bow down. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

bob tries to bum rush duran with a series of wild strikes but duran uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
duran keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
duran tries to clinch but bob moves out of range.
bob throws a sloppy head kick and duran moves out of range easily.

and bob counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by bob.

bob has duran pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. duran manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

bob breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
bob closes the distance and clinches up with duran, looking for a takedown. bob pushes duran against the cage but duran circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
duran missing with a left hand there. bob was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

duran is pressed up against the cage. bob has hold of a leg and is looking to drag duran down to the mat. duran avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
bob shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts duran as he jumps to the side.

and duran makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
duran closes the distance but bob moves to the side

and bob decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in duran's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on killer bob's cut.
That's time! bob's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

bob rushes duran and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

bob is trying to stall.

bob gets control of duran's arms and successfully pulls guard. bob will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

bob tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and duran counters with a nice low kick that buckles bob's knee momentarily.
duran circles away from the clinch attempt

and duran counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

duran is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. bob is defending well for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

That was a close second round but I would say that killer bob will probably get the nod.

bob has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but duran regains guard immediately.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to killer bob.
