Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Tabs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jesus Tabs has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Anthony Johnson's chin.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Tabs shoots in and drives through. Johnson sprawls well.
Some wild striking there from Johnson.

Tabs changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Johnson on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Tabs goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Johnson has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Tabs but great work by Johnson.
Johnson wants to stand but Tabs is controlling his arm.
Tabs wants to control but Johnson postures up.

Johnson stands up and beckons Tabs to his feet.
Tabs takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Johnson looks to land a combination but Tabs avoids it well.
Johnson throws a combination. Tabs tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Horrible takedown by Tabs or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.
Anthony Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A jab from Johnson finds it's way through Tabs's defenses.
Johnson leaves Tabs with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Anthony Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesus Tabs.

Tabs drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Johnson tries to escape but Tabs is in control.

Tabs tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Johnson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Johnson tries to get out of the position.

Tabs is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Johnson is trying to escape and Tabs transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Johnson is forced to tap! Nice work there by Tabs! Very nice indeed!
