Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hulohot Yokohama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Babar Barappas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Babar Barappas!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barappas throws a jab when Yokohama was well out of range.

Yokohama closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Yokohama wants to control but Barappas is keeping him busy.
Barappas is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Yokohama has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Barappas sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Yokohama tries to pass to full mount but Barappas defends it.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Yokohama is working for a submission of some sort.
Barappas wants to improve his position but Yokohama is controlling well.

Barappas looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Yokohama is looking to advance position but Barappas won't allow it.
Barappas is pressing down on Yokohama's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Yokohama tries to free his leg and advance position but Barappas is retaining full guard.
Yokohama advances to half guard.

Yokohama wants to pass the guard but Barappas is defending well.

Yokohama is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Barappas wants to get back to his feet.
Barappas won't allow Yokohama to pass to mount.

Yokohama is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Barappas is just riding it out for now. Yokohama eventually gives up the hold.
Yokohama is keen to just control but Barappas is a slippery customer.
Barappas gets back to full guard.
Barappas throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Yokohama thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Yokohama is breathing heavily.

Yokohama drops back looking for a leg! Barappas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Barappas manages to kick Yokohama off! Yokohama jumps back into Barappas's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Yokohama looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Barappas scores a takedown into full mount!
Barappas wants to control the pace but Yokohama is squirming around nicely.
Barappas lands a big shot there that rocks Yokohama but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Yokohama prevents Barappas from taking his back.
Yokohama is trying to escape the mount but Barappas keeps good control and instead manages to take Yokohama's back.

Yokohama drops back looking for a leg! Barappas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Barappas manages to kick Yokohama off! Yokohama jumps back into Barappas's guard.
Yokohama trying to control the position from guard on top but Barappas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Barappas manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Barappas trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Barappas wants to get back to his feet but Yokohama is holding on tight.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Barappas lands a heavy elbow.
Yokohama is working to get back to half guard.
Yokohama tries to hold on but Barappas pushes him away.
Barappas putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Yokohama gets back to half guard.
Yokohama is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Barappas is looking for a kimura but Yokohama is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Barappas to get the leverage.
Barappas is tying to control. Yokohama wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Yokohama works his way to full guard. Good work.

Barappas is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Yokohama has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Barappas is looking to defend but Yokohama has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Barappas! Yokohama pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Barappas taps out and this one is all over!
