Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shingen Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Money Pakyaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shingen Yamamoto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Money Pakyaw!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamamoto throws a leg kick which misses Pakyaw's front leg but catches the back leg as Pakyaw tries to avoid it.

Money Pakyaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pakyaw instigates a clinch.

Yamamoto not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Yamamoto misses with an uppercut. Pakyaw saw that one coming.
Pakyaw pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pakyaw fails to land the takedown.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pakyaw looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Shingen Yamamoto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Money Pakyaw.

That's time! Yamamoto's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Pakyaw must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Pakyaw stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Yamamoto throws up his legs and catches Pakyaw in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Pakyaw tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Yamamoto! That came out of nowhere!
