The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turunen doesn't manage to clinch there - Gracie circles away.
Turunen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Turunen stuffs the takedown attempt from Gracie. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Turunen tries to clinch but Gracie moves out of range.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Turunen parries the strikes from Gracie easily there. Gracie is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Turunen to escape.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gracie creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Turunen can do anything to dispel that myth.
Turunen has control of an arm but Gracie manages to advance to Gracie's back!
