The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smalls throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Smalls stuffs the takedown.

Winslow darts in and clinches Smalls up against the cage.
Winslow stalls.
Winslow seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
Winslow has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Smalls is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Come on Winslow - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Winslow gets underhooks to prevent Smalls's takedown attempt.

Smalls goes for a takedown attempt but Winslow pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Smalls slow jab from Winslow misses its intended target.
Winslow misses with a takedown attempt - Smalls sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Smalls lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Winslow at a distance.

and Winslow counters with an outside leg kick.

Smalls gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Winslow.

Smalls has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Winslow clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Otis Winslow's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
