Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Qadim Masri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Gile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masri misses with an uppercut.
Masri looks to score with a jab to the body but Gile is just out of range.
Masri dips to his left and cracks Gile with an uppercut!
Gile is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Masri lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gile at a distance.
Masri lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A looping hook to the body misses from Masri. Gile does a little dance to reset his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Gile might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Masri has got the better of the exchanges.
