Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nate Skate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dutch Schaeffer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schaeffer is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by All Along the Watchtower. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nate Skate!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dutch Schaeffer!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skate misses with a series of wild punches.
Skate scores with a nice strike.
Schaeffer tries to clinch but Skate is having none of it.

It looks like Dutch Schaeffer has been cut.

Skate darts in and clinches Schaeffer up against the cage.
Skate tries for a takedown. No joy.

Schaeffer jumps guard and drags Skate to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

That's time! Skate's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Schaeffer closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Skate shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Schaeffer's guard.

Dutch Schaeffer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Skate with a lazy takedown attempt

I would just about give that final round to Dutch Schaeffer.
