Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcus Fenix!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Apollo Creed!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fenix takes a swing at Creed's ribcage but misses.
Fenix misses with a series of wild punches.
Creed looks to score with a jab to the body but Fenix is just out of range.
Fenix's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Fenix duly obliges.

It looks like Apollo Creed has been cut.
Creed defending well as Fenix loads up on a big left hand.
Fenix keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Creed misses with a looping left.
Creed swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Creed looks to throw the jab but Fenix is out of range.
Fenix moves away from the strike by Creed.
Fenix displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Creed throws out the jab.
Fenix walks into a stiff left hand from Creed.
Fenix lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Creed is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fenix misses with a double jab.
Creed is still on wobbly legs! Can Fenix finish him?
Fenix throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fenix misses with a hook.
Creed moves out of range as Fenix strikes.
Creed seems to have recovered his senses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fenix shoots in looking for a takedown but Creed manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fenix's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Fenix cracks Creed with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Creed tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Fenix pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Creed is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marcus Fenix!
