Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Distor Centura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owais Jaber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Centura shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Jaber works Centura's body with a nice hook.
Jaber defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Centura.
Centura is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Centura doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jaber can do anything to dispel that myth.
Jaber is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Jaber wants to stand and escape but Centura is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Centura throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Centura looks for the body kick but Jaber saw that one coming.
Centura closes the distance but Jaber moves to the side
and Jaber counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

It looks like Distor Centura has been cut.

Centura takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Jaber connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jaber.
Jaber paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Centura shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jaber sprawls well. Jaber wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Centura gets slowly back to his feet.
