Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Romero Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Banor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Romero Gracie could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sid Banor's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Romero Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sid Banor!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banor shoots in looking for a takedown. Gracie tries to sprawl out of it but Banor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gracie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gracie wants to clinch.
Banor lands with an overhand left.
A nice leg kick lands there from Gracie.
Banor looks gassed!
Gracie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Banor moves away.
Banor shoots in but Gracie avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Gracie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Gracie drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Gracie has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Gracie fails to move to back control.
Gracie wants to control the pace but Banor is squirming around nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Gracie is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Banor is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Banor flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Gracie anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Banor and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Gracie slips an arm under Banor chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Gracie has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Gracie is squeezing on Banor like an anaconda would it's prey. Banor fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
