Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Harrigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Llewellyn Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Thomas's choice of entrance music: Harrigan dies tonight.. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Harrigan does it's job there.

Thomas takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Harrigan lands a nice hook to Thomas's body. Thomas takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Thomas uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Harrigan.

The fight stays on the outside here - Thomas looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thomas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Harrigan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Harrigan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Harrigan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Harrigan ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Thomas's jaw. Thomas's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Harrigan does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Harrigan!
