Frank shoots in but McCarthy avoids the takedown attempt easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

It looks like Randy Frank has been cut.
Frank throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McCarthy's waist but McCarthy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Frank off to one side.

The fight stays on the outside here - Frank looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

McCarthy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
McCarthy fakes the leg kick and cracks Frank in the body.
McCarthy drops Frank with a big left hand! Frank is injured, injured bad! McCarthy jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
