Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vaughn Hammersmith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, PJ Duke!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duke lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hammersmith backs up against the cage.
Duke is looking to clinch but Hammersmith is avoiding it.
Hammersmith keeps Duke at a distance using the push kick.
A right-left combo lands from Hammersmith.
A head kick misses from Hammersmith.
Hammersmith darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hammersmith in particular looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Duke tries to get to full guard but Hammersmith has control of the leg.
Duke has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hammersmith is working away from the top position though.
Duke is looking to get back to full guard here but Hammersmith has managed to pass to side control instead.
Hammersmith looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Duke sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hammersmith has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Duke defend it? Hammersmith steps over the head and cranks it - Duke is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Hammersmith!
