Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mike Tyson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson gets caught flat footed, as Tyson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Tyson stays in close to Johnson's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Tyson wants to sweep here but Johnson controlling him for the moment.
Johnson throws a big right hand that misses.
Johnson wants to control from the top but Tyson keeps moving.
Johnson looking to sit in guard and control but Tyson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Tyson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Johnson is proving hard to escape from.

Johnson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Tyson fails with the takedown
and Johnson counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Tyson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tyson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Johnson tries to avoid it but Tyson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Johnson to the ground. Johnson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tyson shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Johnson dives in and grabs Tyson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tyson pushes down on Johnson's head and hops out.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Tyson moves into the clinch successfully.

Tyson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tyson tries to clinch up but Johnson circles away and keeps his distance.
Tyson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tyson has a takedown stuffed.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Johnson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tyson.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Johnson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Johnson wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Tyson.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Tyson stands up from mount. Strange move.
Tyson lands a nice hook to Johnson's body. Johnson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Tyson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Johnson pinned against the cage. Johnson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Johnson tries to keep at a distance but Tyson has taken the fight into the clinch.

Tyson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tyson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Johnson counters with a head kick. That will keep Tyson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Johnson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
