The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pound throws a jab when El was well out of range.
Pound staying out of range there.
El scores with a one two! Pound had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Puncho Pound has been cut.
El misses with an uppercut.
El misses with a straight right.
Pound has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
El lands a jab to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pound avoids the body shot from El.

El drops Pound with a beautiful combination! Pound stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - El is looking for the KO!

Pound is rocked!
El finds Pound's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Pound flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. El lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Pound will be OK.
