Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sterling Contreras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). William Stone will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Contreras shoots in for a takedown but Stone shows good takedown defense.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Stone scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Stone is trying to get an arm triangle but Contreras is defending well.

Stone is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Contreras knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Contreras is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Stone is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Stone looking to secure an arm triangle but Contreras defends it well.
Stone takes Contreras's back.

Stone is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Contreras knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Contreras for a finish.
Stone gets his hands free as Contreras looks to control.

Stone is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Contreras has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Stone has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Contreras taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Stone doesn't care though - he's delighted!
