Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Time (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Harper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Terrance Time!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Danny Harper!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harper slips under a jab.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Harper.
Nice takedown defense from Time. No joy for Harper on that attempt.
Time uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Harper has time to react.
Time throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Time has his takedown stuffed

and Harper counters with a nice double leg into side control. Time won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Harper decides to stand back up. Harper steps back and let's Time get back to his feet.
Time stalks Harper and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Harper's face. Harper staggers backwards, shaken.

Time lands with a nice body punch.

Harper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Time is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Time is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Time gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Harper.
Terrance Time has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danny Harper.

Harper turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Harper manages to end up in side control.

Harper tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Harper has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Harper tries for a kimura but Time is defending well.
Time is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Harper off and has taken his back!
Time is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Harper up.

Time wants to control the position but Harper frees himself and scrambles - Time manages to regain control in side control.
Check out the look on Time's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Time goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Harper rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Time's guard! Nice work there by Harper!

Harper drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Time manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Harper has Time in his guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Time with a lazy takedown attempt

and Harper counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Time's guard now.

Time on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Time tries to get out of the position.

Harper postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Time is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Harper, into his guard.

Harper drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Time dives on top into guard.

Time throws a strike but Harper rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Harper drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harper jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Time is on top in guard.
Time with a flurry of punches that miss.
Time throws a strike but Harper rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Harper is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Time is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Time has escaped and now he's on top!

Harper is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Time manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Harper manages to get himself to full guard.

Harper takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Time throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Harper works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Time shoots in for a double leg but Harper sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Time shoots in looking for a takedown. Harper tries to sprawl out of it but Time keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Harper manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Harper gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Time throws a strike but Harper rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Harper stops Time from standing up.

Harper drops back, looking for a kneebar! Time looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Time looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Time!

Time creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Harper sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Time cracks Harper with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Harper gets back to half guard.
Time seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Harper does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Time looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Harper with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Time looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Time wants to free his trapped foot but Harper is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Danny Harper has got the better of the ground game so far.
Time not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Time drops an elbow to the side of Harper's head.

And that's the end of the fight!
Terrance Time showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Time has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
