These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Sensintaffar throws a hook to the side of Ellen's head but Ellen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Sensintaffar defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ellen.

Ellen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sensintaffar.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

No joy there for Sensintaffar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A head kick misses from Ellen.
Sensintaffar misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ellen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sensintaffar but Sensintaffar pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sensintaffar lands a really nice looking cross but Ellen seems unphased.
