We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Miller tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Miller can't do much from the bottom here.
Miller is looking for a sweep.
Smith lands a nice forearm strike.
Miller parries the strikes from Smith easily there. Smith is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Miller to escape.
Smith cracks Miller with an elbow. That is naaassty.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smith wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Miller, who protects the arm well.
Oh Miller is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Miller is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Smith can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
