Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tonka Tomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bryan has chosen Nickelback - Burn It To the Ground as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Jorge Garcia and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bryan swats away the attempt to clinch by Tomas.
Tomas gets caught flat footed, as Bryan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bryan prevents Tomas from getting back to his feet.
Tomas is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Tomas tries to stand but can't do so whilst Bryan controls his leg.
Tomas decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Bryan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Tomas doesn't manage to clinch there - Bryan circles away.
Tomas misses with an uppercut. Bryan saw that one coming.

Tonka Tomas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bryan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tomas but Tomas pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bryan throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Bryan turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Tomas throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Tomas tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bryan was well out of range. Poor timing from Tomas.
Tomas is looking to clinch.
Bryan checks a leg kick nicely.
Tomas throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bryan slips a straight right by Tomas.
Bryan fails to land the takedown.
Tomas bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bryan's head.

Tomas fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bryan manages to avoid it.
Tomas fails with an attempt to clinch.

Bryan dives in and grabs Tomas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tomas pushes down on Bryan's head and hops out.
Tonka Tomas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King Bryan.

Bryan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Tomas. That did some damage!
Tomas is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Bryan.
Tomas lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bryan circles away quickly and effectively.
Bryan lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Bryan shoots in for a double leg but Tomas sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Tomas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tomas swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tomas lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Bryan throws a head kick that misses.
Tomas moves into the clinch.
Bryan is working for takedown but Tomas is calmly controlling the position for now.
Tomas tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Bryan tries to score a body lock takedown but Tomas shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Tomas misses with a hook to the ribs.
Tomas has had enough of the clinch but Bryan keeps him there for the moment.
Bryan wants a takedown.
Bryan drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tomas is trying to break the clinch but Bryan is controlling him.
Bryan turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bryan manages to end up in side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bryan is trying to get an arm triangle but Tomas is defending well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tomas is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bryan is controlling him well.
Bryan working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Tonka Tomas will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tomas fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bryan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Bryan swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
