Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Nudge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Vilela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vilela is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Muse - Time Is Running Out. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vilela drives through with a takedown into guard.

Vilela has hold of Nudge's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Nudge manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Nudge lands a nice hook to Vilela's body. Vilela takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Nudge escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vilela gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Vilela has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Nudge has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
