The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tepes lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Nikita Chernuha has been cut.
Chernuha is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tepes sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Chernuha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tepes tries to avoid it but Chernuha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tepes to the ground. Tepes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Tepes pushes Chernuha up against the cage in a clinch.
Chernuha changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tepes fights it off and pushes away nicely.
