Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Alb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jet Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alb comes to the ring accompanied by Sandstorm. Ryan Alb has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li closes the distance and pushes Alb back into the ropes.
Alb displaying some good clinch control by pressing Li up against the ropes.
Alb has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Li uses from the top position.

Alb connects with a good right hand that stumbles Li. Li circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Alb throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Li stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

It looks like Jet Li has been cut.
Alb sizes up Li with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Li takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ryan Alb is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Alb, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
