The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fulton tries to close the distance and clinch but Allen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Fulton dodges the punch combination from Allen.
Allen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Allen scores with a three punch combo!

It looks like Tra Fulton has been cut.
Allen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Fulton checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Allen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fulton was well out of range. Poor timing from Allen.
Allen misses with a series of wild punches.
Allen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fulton sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Allen looks to land a combination. Fulton sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fulton displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Allen throws out the jab.
Allen fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Allen swings for the body but Fulton moves out of range.
A right-left combo lands from Allen.

Tra Fulton's cut is getting worse.
Allen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Allen avoids the head kick by Fulton.
Allen misses with a wild combination.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Allen misses with an uppercut.
Fulton misses with a low kick.
Fulton blocks a head kick by Allen.

Allen tries to keep at a distance but Fulton has taken the fight into the clinch.

Allen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Allen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fulton manages to avoid it.
The crowd cheers as Allen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fulton doesn't seem phased though.
Allen scores with a nice strike.

Tra Fulton's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Allen stuns Fulton with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Allen throws a shot from downtown. Fulton moves away and avoids it.
A telegraphed right hand from Allen misses the target.
Fulton uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Allen.
Fulton lands with an overhand left.
Fulton ducks under a wild hook from Allen.
Allen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Fulton is breathing heavily.

Fulton's corner calls for a 1-2. Fulton obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Allen jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Allen drops Fulton with a beautiful combination! Fulton stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Allen is looking for the KO!

Jeez, Tra Fulton's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tra Fulton's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
