The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher closes the distance and clinches up with Ivan, looking for a takedown. Fisher pushes Ivan against the ropes but Ivan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ivan scores with a hook to the body. Fisher takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

It looks like Dane Fisher has been cut.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Boris Ivan.

Ivan drives through and clinches with Fisher against the ropes.

Fisher drops down looking for an ankle pick but Ivan pulls his leg out and moves away.

Fisher tries to bum rush Ivan with a series of wild strikes but Ivan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ivan moves in looking to clinch but Fisher pushes him off.
Ivan lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Ivan is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Ivan clinches up with Fisher and pushes him back against the ropes.
Fisher is trying to drag Ivan to the mat but Ivan just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.
Ivan makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ivan lands with a right to the head.
Ivan stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Ivan gets control of Fisher's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ivan will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Ivan has his feet on Fisher's thighs here. He's pushed Fisher off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Fisher screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
