Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Einar Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hunter Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter Rose will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose swings for the body but Lee moves out of range.
Nice body punch from Rose.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rose scores with a sloppy right hand. Lee should have avoided that one.

Lee closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rose to the mat! Rose manages to get full guard.
Lee won't allow Rose to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rose preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rose manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Rose really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lee regains half guard.
Lee makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Lee.

Lee pulls Rose in close to his closed guard and prevents Rose from doing any damage or advancing position.

Lee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rose gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Lee had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rose defends it easily.
Rose stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lee swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Rose drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lee manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rose has Lee in his guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Rose manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Lee tries to hold on but Rose pushes him away.

That was a close round but I would say that Einar Lee will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
