The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Boyer paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Price shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Boyer is trying to defend but Price finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Price looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Boyer looks like he's trying to stand up.
Price takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Boyer tries to kick Price off but Price keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Price is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Boyer can do anything to dispel that myth.
Price is looking to advance position but Boyer won't allow it.
Boyer is not content to let Price control the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Boyer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boyer misses with a head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Price looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Price on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Boyer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Price shoots in but Boyer avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Price is breathing heavily.
Boyer defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Price.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Boyer.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Boyer scoring well with a low kick there.
Boyer thuds a left hand into Price's body.
Boyer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Price moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Boyer misses with a two punch combination.
Boyer feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Price crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
