Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Junior De Sousa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hassan Mohammad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hassan Mohammad has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hassan Mohammad!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Sousa shoots in looking for a takedown. Mohammad tries to sprawl out of it but De Sousa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mohammad manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

De Sousa shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than De Sousa was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

De Sousa can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mohammad is looking to escape.

De Sousa moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Mohammad has worked his arm free - good work by Mohammad!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
De Sousa tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mohammad can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mohammad wants to get back to his feet but De Sousa is dominant here and he's now got Mohammad's back!

The referee stands the fighters back up. Junior De Sousa just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Mohammad lands with a straight right. De Sousa didn't see that one coming.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hassan Mohammad dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Mohammad drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks De Sousa right on the button. De Sousa goes down! Mohammad follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Mohammad gets the win via TKO!
