The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense.

Jon Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Vera.
Jones is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
