The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamilton doesn't manage to clinch there - Kline circles away.
Hamilton tries to clinch but Kline is having none of it.
Hamilton fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kline has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Kline shoots in but no luck this time.
Nice body kick there by Hamilton.
Kline dives in and grabs Hamilton's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hamilton pushes down on Kline's head and hops out.
Hamilton darts in and clinches Kline up against the cage.
Kline tries to pull guard but Hamilton won't allow it.
Josh Hamilton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Kline.
Kline ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kline no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Hamilton controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Hamilton with a flurry of punches that miss.
Hamilton stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kline swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hamilton loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Hamilton with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hamilton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kline on the ground.

Hamilton is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kline has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hamilton is looking to defend but Kline has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hamilton! Kline pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hamilton taps out and this one is all over!
