Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Robert Tabares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregorio Valdez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tabares comes to the cage accompanied by teach me how to jerk by new boyz. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tabares throws a series of punches but Valdez avoids them all with ease.
Tabares closes the distance and clinches up with Valdez, looking for a takedown. Tabares pushes Valdez against the cage but Valdez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Valdez wants to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Tabares is defended easily by Valdez.

Valdez gets caught flat footed, as Tabares shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Valdez is looking for a triangle but Tabares pushes his legs off easily.
Tabares wants to pass the guard but Valdez is keeping the position.
Tabares could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tabares shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Valdez sprawls well. Valdez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tabares gets slowly back to his feet.

Valdez closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tabares to the mat! Tabares manages to get full guard.

Tabares isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Valdez stacks Tabares on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Valdez!

Well Valdez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
