Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sunny Supernova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Tyler closes the distance and clinches up with Supernova, looking for a takedown. Tyler pushes Supernova against the cage but Supernova circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Supernova is refusing to be controlled, as Tyler sits in half guard.
Tyler lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Supernova is staying active underneath Tyler, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Tyler shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Supernova's guard.

Tyler shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Supernova as he jumps to the side.
Tyler stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Supernova.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Supernova comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
