Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Erik Janda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Janda's entrance music is Harper Lewis. A fine choice. Silva has chosen Shoot em' up as his entrance music. Al Silva acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in and drives through. Janda sprawls well.
Janda throws a nice outside leg kick.
Silva stalks Janda and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Janda's face. Janda staggers backwards, shaken.
Janda lands with a nice body kick.
Janda tries to land a front kick but Silva steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Janda pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva misses with a hook. Janda ducked under it nicely.
Janda connects with a high kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Janda.

Janda has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Janda there as he acknowledges the shot.
Silva sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Janda gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Silva.

Silva goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Janda with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Silva to score with a decent uppercut.

Silva has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Janda.
