Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Bush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dat Sik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jeremy Bush!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dat Sik!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bush looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Sik!

Sik slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Ground and pound from Bush.
Sik is looking to improve his position.
Sik is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Bush misses with a head shot. Sik uses the momentum to regain guard.
Bush lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Bush drops back looking for a leg! Sik is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sik manages to kick Bush off! Bush jumps back into Sik's guard.

Sik looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bush throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sik works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Bush trying to control the position from guard on top but Sik is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bush working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Bush wants to control from the top but Sik keeps moving.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bush accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sik throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sik lands a nice looking body shot.
Sik takes a swing at Bush's ribcage but misses.
Bush shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sik as he jumps to the side.
Bush fails with the takedown.
Bush throws a half hearted mid kick.
Sik throws a right and a left that Bush avoids nicely.
Bush shoots in looking for a takedown. Sik tries to sprawl out of it but Bush keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sik manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeremy Bush. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bush misses the shot to the body.
Sik misses with a head kick.

Bush closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Sik is trying to control Bush's posture but Bush avoids it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sik is not content to let Bush control the position.

Sik throws Bush to one side and escapes!
Sik throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bush shoots in and drives through. Sik sprawls well.
Sik lands with a nice body punch.
Bush fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Bush ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sik moves away.
Sik thows a body shot but no joy.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Bush.
Sik throws a low kick but it's checked well by Bush.
Bush shoots for a takedown but Sik saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sik scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bush doesn't seem bothered though.

Bush throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sik's waist but Sik gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bush off to one side.
Sik tries to clinch up but Bush circles away and keeps his distance.
Sik is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bush rather than just go for the knockout.

Bush shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sik napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Bush throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Sik works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Bush throws a big right hand that misses.
Sik is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Sik wants to pass the guard but Bush is defending well.
Sik wants to take a breather but Bush is having none of it.

That was a close round but I would say that Jeremy Bush will probably get the nod.

and Sik counters with a nice uppercut.
Sik tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bush was well out of range. Poor timing from Sik.

A solid leg kick lands there for Sik.
Sik looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bush lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

and Sik counters with a straight right hand.
Jeremy Bush is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Sik looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Sik had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bush defends it easily.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jeremy Bush will probably get the nod.

and Sik connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Sik moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Sik will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Bush is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sik moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Sik lands a jab to Bush's midsection.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bush tries to work over Sik's front leg with a kick but Sik checks it.
Bush avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Sik has closed the distance and engaged Bush in a clinch.
Dat Sik has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Sik pushes Bush back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Dat Sik comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bush has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
