Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nikki Heat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Filipovic comes into a darkened arena with his song building. DJ Khaled feat. Akon, Rick Ross, Plies, Lil Boosie, Trick Daddy, Ace Hood & kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Filipovic takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Filipovic looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Heat throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Filipovic stumbling backwards into the cage! Filipovic bounces back off the cage towards Heat, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Heat lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Heat celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
