The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Divac shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Wallus scores with a leg kick.
Divac fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wallus really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Divac misses with a head kick.
Divac shoots in for a double leg but Wallus sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Wallus circles away from the clinch attempt.
Wallus connects with a solid leg kick.
Good leg kick by Wallus there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Divac looks gassed!
A nice inside leg kick there by Wallus. That's going to slow Divac down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wallus buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Wallus connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Wallus lands a big head kick that sends Divac tumbling to the mat! Wallus takes a step backwards and waves Divac back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Vlade Divac has been cut.
Wallus scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Wallus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wallus moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Divac stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wallus.
Divac's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Mark Wallus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Wallus! Divac is out on his feet! Wallus rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Divac is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Divac is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
