The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hashisha pinned against the cage. Hashisha gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Horrible takedown by Nogueira or perhaps it was just good defense by Hashisha which made him look bad.
Nogueira looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Antonio Nogueira. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nogueira changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hashisha tries to avoid it but Nogueira manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hashisha to the ground. Hashisha escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nogueira fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hashisha lands with a right and another and another! Nogueira is in big trouble! Hashisha lands again and this time it's lights out for Nogueira! A quality knockout there for Hashisha.
