Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perfect Plex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Lightning (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lightning has chosen Hate it or love it as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Perfect Plex has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Plex drives through and clinches with Lightning against the cage.
Plex lands an elbow inside.

Lightning wants to break the clinch but can't.
Plex is pressed up against the cage. Lightning has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Plex down to the mat. Plex avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Plex fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lightning manages to avoid it.
Plex is looking to clinch but Lightning is avoiding it.

Plex tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Plex darts in and clinches Lightning up against the cage.

Plex moves in looking to clinch but Lightning pushes him off.
